Agreement to terms
By using this website (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Eligibility & accounts
To place an order or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract. Creating an account is optional — guest checkout is always available. If you do create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us promptly at support@warmpresents.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
About Warm Presents
Warm Presents is a small handmade gift shop offering handmade and/or curated gift products for purchase through our website. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in color, size, and finish between the photo and the item you receive are normal and expected — that's part of buying something handmade rather than mass-produced.
Products & availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing and availability on the Warm Presents website are accurate. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. Handmade products may vary slightly from the photographs. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or modify product descriptions and pricing at any time.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.
Pricing & payment
All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processing service. Warm Presents does not directly store your full credit card number or other complete payment-card credentials on its own servers. Stripe’s processing of payment information is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information when placing an order.
Shipping & delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on the website or provided at checkout. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other shipping disruptions. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns & refunds
Our return and refund policy, if applicable, will be displayed on the website and is incorporated into these Terms. Certain handmade, personalized, custom, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and, where appropriate, photographs of the item.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use the website:
- For any unlawful purpose;
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
- To interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- To submit fraudulent orders or payment information;
- To copy or misuse our content, product designs, or intellectual property; or
- In any manner that could damage Warm Presents or its customers.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including any account you've created, at any time and without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms — including the Prohibited Use section above — or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Termination of your account does not affect any obligations that arose before termination, such as completing an order already placed in good faith.

Our website may use third-party services to provide certain functions, including payment processing, shipping, website hosting, analytics, or other services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents—including photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphs, designs, text, and other materials—belong to Warm Presents or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our website's content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Warm Presents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Georgia's consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate information and reliable products, but the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Warm Presents does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the update.
General provisions
