Warm Presents ("we," "us," "our") is an artisan studio based in Decatur, Georgia, selling handmade jewelry, crochet toys, quilts, and artisanal crafts through this website (the "Site"). - Account information — your name, email address, password, and saved addresses if you choose to create an account. (Guest checkout is always supported without creating an account.)

- Payment information — all payments are processed directly and securely by Stripe. We do not receive, process, or store your credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes.
- Communications — details you provide when contacting customer support at support@warmpresents.com.
- Usage and technical information — device and browser information, IP addresses, and general interaction data collected to ensure secure operation and prevent fraud.
Cookies & analytics
We use two kinds of browser storage on the Site:
- Functional storage — essential local storage used to maintain your shopping cart, wishlist, and authentication session. This data stays in your browser and is strictly necessary for the store to function; it is never used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

- Netlify & Railway — cloud hosting infrastructure and secure content delivery.
- Google reCAPTCHA — automated bot and brute-force protection during customer login attempts.
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics (only enabled with your explicit consent).
