Most pieces are made or finished by hand in small batches rather than kept in mass-produced stock, so please allow a little extra time for production before your order ships. If you need something by a specific date, message us first and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Many of our pieces can be customized - a different bead color, a bracelet sized to fit, or a quilt in your preferred palette. Reach out through Contact Support before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

We're happy to answer questions about the specific findings (clasps, ear wires, etc.) used on any piece - message us before ordering if you have sensitive skin or a metal allergy so we can confirm what's used.

Wipe beaded pieces gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, and store them flat or hanging rather than balled up to avoid tangling. Avoid spraying perfume or lotion directly onto the beads, and remove jewelry before swimming or showering to help the beads and finish last longer.

Our toys are made with care and secure stitching, but as with any small handmade item, adult supervision is recommended for very young children, and we recommend checking with us before gifting to a child under 3 if you have specific safety questions about a particular piece.

Most of our crochet toys can be gently hand-washed with mild soap and air-dried. We recommend against machine washing or drying unless the listing specifically says the piece is machine-washable.
